Designed in the USA: Industrial CT Systems Available in as Little as 60 Days*
Designed in the US
In today’s environment, procurement teams and security reviewers are placing greater scrutiny on system architecture, software ownership, and supply chain transparency. Foreign-designed components and outsourced software platforms can introduce compliance challenges, operational risk, and long-term vendor dependency.
Our dedicated domestic engineering team develops both the hardware and the software platform under one roof, which means a single accountable design owner for your entire system.
NSI designs both hardware and software in the United States, giving customers a single accountable technology partner.
60-day Delivery on Select Scanners
Long lead times can delay critical program milestones and leave organizations without a viable fast-track option when urgent deployment needs arise.
NSI addresses this challenge with systems available in as little as 60 days, helping customers accelerate deployment schedules and maintain operational readiness. By treating lead time as a competitive specification, NSI delivers faster access to secure, mission-ready technology solutions without compromising quality, reliability, or performance.
*Available configurations include:
X3000 Series – A versatile platform ideal for small-to-medium part inspection, available with 225kV microfocus directional and dual-head source options paired with high-performance detector panels.
X5000 Series (225kV) – Our larger-envelope platform with 225kV microfocus capability for applications requiring greater part clearance without sacrificing resolution.
X5000 Series (450kV) – For customers who need the penetrating power of 450kV, multiple configurations are available featuring minifocus and mesofocus source options, including dual-energy setups that pair a 450kV source with a 225kV microfocus for maximum flexibility.
Supported in the U.S.A. – Hardware and Software
Overseas or third-party support models often create delays during critical downtime events, especially when issues must be escalated across multiple vendors who were not involved in the original system design. This can slow resolution times particularly for complex hardware and software integrations. In secure or cleared facilities, additional constraints may also limit access for foreign national service personnel, further complicating support operations.
NSI has fully U.S.-based support across both hardware and software, providing direct access to the engineers who designed the system. This enables faster resolution, stronger continuity, and more reliable long-term support.
