Welcome to our NDT Talks webinar series. These talks will feature industry experts in the field of Digital Radiography & Computed Tomography sharing their research and knowledge within their field. Today’s presenter is Kyle Stoll, Chief Technologist for Non-Destructive Testing at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division. Kyle will be discussing the important role that Computed Tomography X-ray imaging has in testing and ensuring that our US Navy Warfighters are equipped with munitions that are 100% combat-ready. Kyle Stoll
Chief Technologies for Nondestructive Testing – Responsible Level III @Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division
Kyle Stoll is the Chief Technologist for Nondestructive Testing at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division. Kyle obtained his Associates Degree in Biomedical Electronics, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Kyle has worked in the X-ray group within the Specialized Munitions Division at Crane for the last 11 years. In 2013 he received his Level III certification in Radiographic Testing from the American Society of Nondestructive Testing. Kyle has spent his career focusing on digital imaging with a heavy emphasis in Computed Tomography analyzing complex munitions for the United States Navy. Kyle has been happily married to his wife Jessica for 10 years. They have four beautiful children, three girls, and one unlucky boy!! Kyle also enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Brett Muehlhauser
R&D Technical Fellow, ASNT/NAS210 Level 3 at North Star Imaging
Brett Muehlhauser is a Research and Development Technical Fellow at NSI working to continue advancements in Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Tomography (CT)technologies and applications. Brett has been with NSI for 20 years performing R&D, applications engineering, writing DR and CT training curriculum and teaching these courses to a global audience. He has worked in the field of digital radiography for over 30 years. Brett also worked in the aerospace industry for 15 years performing product development, failure analysis and product evaluations, and has 5 years’ experience in the Nuclear and Industrial structures industry. Brett is an ASNT and NAS 410 Level 3.
